Shipping Photopass CD to Canada

I know the shipping is approx. $10, however are there any other unexpected taxes, customs brokerage fees, etc. that I could be charged for when I receive my package?


Once we shipped an item to Canada and were shocked at all the extra fees. We live close to the border, so now ship there for pick up. Just wondering if we should be doing that for this if there's some extra high fees.

Has anyone that ordered the CD noticed this?

Hi Momof...

I ordered some things from photopass just before Christmas though it wasn't a CD. My order was about $100 and came Canada Post. Just had to pick up the parcel (we're rural) and sign for it. No fees at all.

I've done a photopass CD as well as a book and there were no extra charges.

Same here, no extra fees for the CD. I believe the shipping was a bit more than US-$10.95 or so.

I think generally when Disney adds the shipping fees for international shipping they add in brokerage fees for customs.

No added fees so no worries but my CD took FOREVER to get here! I waited 3 weeks before mine came in, but that was during the Christmas rush lol

I ordered a photobook in 2007 for my DD's first trip to WDW, and I noticed an additional charge somewhere around $20-$30 for customs on my invoice. I think the $69.95 book (in 2007) plus taxes and shipping ended up costing me close to $130.00.

This detered me from ordering another book in 2010 when my DS was old enough to attend. If there are no additional cross-border charges, I would love to be able to order another book or just a CD for this year's trip.
