I am seriously thinking of shipping some breakfast stuff down, cereal, bread, pancake mix etc to BLT for our upcoming trip. Is it worth it (cost saving/ convenient)? Thanks !!

I have never shipped food, but we have in the past ordered from www.gardengrocer.com and had the food delivered to the resort. The last time was at WL and bell services had our food waiting for us at check in!

I shipped food down this last time. I think I spent about $20 to ship it, and it was all sorts of stuff. Cereal, pop tarts, fruit snacks, beef jerkey, etc. Mostly snacks, but cereal for breakfast.

We wound up barely touching our snacks at all. We opened the cereal, but the kids went with pop tarts every morning, and we tossed out zip lock bags of cereal every evening after they had rattled around in back packs getting crunched all day.

Now, we didn't have a kitchen or kitchenette, or even a fridge. Had we had a fridge, I would have grabbed milk, and been more likely to have the kids sit and eat cereal like normal.

Next time, though, I'll probably just pack cereal and some snacks in our suit cases, because when they are gone, it's extra space for things on the way home.
