Shipping cupcakes

I want to send my sister cupcakes or even a cake for her birthday. Can anyone recommend the best place to order cupcakes from that ships? There seem to be a bunch of places online but I want to get the best cupcakes and the best deal!

Wicked Good Cupcakes! They've been on Shark Tank and are based out of Boston. They seem to ship anywhere.

I use Georgetown Cupcakes to send my son some each year on his birthday. I think they ship anywhere (he is in Pittsburgh). They are a little expensive (the shipping costs as much as the cupcakes) but he says they are great. They used to have a show on TLC. I think it was called DC Cupcakes.

I second Georgetown Cupcakes.

My daughter was in the Disney College Program last April so I went online and ordered a dozen for her. We had been there only twice before and she (we) loved them. (The long line that extends up the big hill is also a sign that they are delicious cupcakes). There was a clear lid on each individual cake and they also included a candle on each one.
