Shipping a box to BCV..

I know that I have read about this before, of course, I now can't find the thread so forgive me for reasking this.

I just joined owners lock and want to ship a box to BCV for our stay in May. How does that work: Do I label the box with my name and arrival date to BCV? and where do I retreive the box that I ship? How far in advance do I ship the box?

Also does anyone know the address of Beach Club Villas?

I just want to understand the process so I do it right the first time.

Here is a copy of the mailing label I made for myself when I shipped to BCV over the last few years. Just add your name and Check-in date. Hope this helps

They will have it for you when they bring your other bags up, provided it has arrived. If it arrives early they just hold it until your arrival.

This has probably been asked before, but for BLT do I replace "c/o Disney’s Beach Club Villas" with "c/o Bay Lake Tower" and use the CR address? BTW, does anyone have the CR address handy? I can probably find it easy enough, but if anyone has it handy.

lol funny that you posted this.... I had my camera ship to the beach club last week, what a thing to forget at home but dh said it was in the big bag nope still on the table at home.... you have to go to the business center to pick it up.. and it will cost you $5 for there handling fee... oh and there last package arrival is noon just so you know!!

Yes, you must replace the address and phone number. The one I gave was specifically for BCV. Call BLT directly and ask the front desk what address to use. That is how I got the BCV address. Both times I that shipped the package was there waiting for me when I arrived, and they just added it to the delivery of my luggage by bell services. I don't know where the business center deliveries come in--maybe if you receive something while you are there, or maybe a fed ex shipment. I shipped regular USPS.

Maybe someone on here can help. I will be shipping a box down for my stay at Beach Club Villas and I am trying to find out if there is a charge for them to receive the box. I called the front dest at Beach Club and was told yes, then I called the number for the Beach Club Villas and was told no. Does anyone know which is correct?

When I was the first to pick up our Christmas Tree Share box at BCV in December, I had to go to the Business Center between the Y&BC. Bell services did not have it. There was supposed to be a $5 charge but when I explained to her about the tree sharing, the lady at the Business Center waived the fee. It is my understanding that if there is a business center at the resort you are staying, all boxes shipped to the resort will go to the business center and there will be a charge.

I don't know, all I can tell you is about what happened when I shipped. There was no fee, and bell services brought my box up with the luggage. The last time I shipped was last year, though, so maybe it has changed.

Be prepared for all resertss witha convention center (BLT, BCV, BWV) to charge a receiving fee. The shipping services are farmed out to a contractor.
