When we were on the Wonder last month, we had early/main dining (and thus an early breakfast assignment on the last day) and were off the ship and on the the bus to WDW at 7:45. We had to wait for more people to board the bus and left the port at 8:15. We arrived at SSR at 9:30 (we were also lucky enough to be the 1st drop-off). We checked our luggage with bell services, checked in, and were at the Springs bus stop waiting for a bus to Epcot by 10:05. Our room was not ready when we checked in, but it was by 12:30.
Obviously there are some factors to take into consideration with your timing - which dining do you have (and are you willing to eat at the buffet for breakfast the last morning), how many people do you end up waiting on to leave port on the bus, which drop-off are you going into WDW (SSR will likely be first if the driver goes in by DTD), how long does it take to check in, and how long is your wait at the bus stop to the parks at the resort.
Good luck with your planning, and try not to stress about it too much. There are too many variables. I was trying to overplan and finally decided I just needed to go with the flow and when we get to the parks we get there.
