Shhhh.....don't tell!

So is this thread just going to be .... "Yes I have a favorite place too .. but I'm not telling you what it is .. but maybe its the same as yours"

This is definitely not the happiest place on earth.

I left hints and if someone did a little bit of searching they could figure it out.

You're right - it's not!

This forum is for WDW dining.

Pretty sure they are all talking about Olivia's at Old Key West. I have seen a few blog posts about it. I would personally not spend the time to get there and back.

If the transportation options are car or bus I think your secrete is safe.

I've seen reviews on that one Olivia's - none have been that stellar. Guess they are doing a good job keeping it a secret.

Not the one I’m talking about, Olivia’s has been mentioned, but the food is good there too.

We ate at Olivia’s two weeks ago. Food was great. Not one speck of food left on any plate.

The restaurant you're looking for is Tony's Town Square. All the bad reviews are just propaganda to make sure ADRs are always available for those in the know . . .
It's working, your secret's safe with me!

I agree this thread is a bit obnoxious in the "I know about something great... and I want to make sure you know that I know... I won't share... but by all means share yours with me" sense. But it's all in good fun I suppose. It's just Disney dining. I suspect the DVC hidden gem is Turf Club at Saratoga. On a recent DIS Unplugged show Pete was raving about a meal there.

I love games and extremely competitive so, I think it’s fun. I forgot about Turf Club. It’s my husband’s all time favorite then, GF!

Sure if you are in to the "I know something you don't know...neener, neener, neener" kind of games. I guess I grew out of that about 30 years ago or so.

Haven't ever heard of Turf Club. Will have to investigate it.

I think this thread is fun! :) I also see it as a kind of game. I'm pretty sure I can guess most of them, but there are a few that will remain...

One of my old favorites was a lounge that used to be off the beaten path and is now on a frequently beaten path. There went that secret.

Another favorite is breakfast at a monorail resort restaurant that I suspect gets overlooked because everybody is focused on a better-known neighboring restaurant instead.

I love this thread - love seeing everyone's fave hidden gems!

Ours is Nine Dragons, too... avoided it for years. Went in one super hot August day when we just wanted to avoid the scorching concrete and sweaty people outside. HEAVEN!

The salt and pepper shrimp and the garlic noodles....to die for. Long, leisurely, air conditioned lunch. Fantastic food and service. WE went back the next trip and it was just as good.

We also love Trail's End and Sanaa.

My guess is either Sanaa or Turf Club for OP. TC is on my list for my next longer vacation..

And this is the restaurant for me as well until they changed the menu just recently!!
