Hi. I am Lorna and along with my hubby WE ARE THE KEEPERS OF THE SECRET!!!
Cast: Me, Lorna. 34, mommy to Lily and Eli
Hubby, Jeremy. 32 daddy
Princess Lily - age 4 and sassy. Loves all things Disney
Captain Eli - age 6 months. Will stay with Mimi while we are gone.
How the Secret Happened:
Lily has been begging to go to "mickeys house" for a year now. When she started asking I was Pregnant and not really up to visit Mickeys house so we put her off saying we would visit when the baby was hear and older.
Then we started to plan a trip for after he arrived with the date always being up in the air - more of wishful planning than actual plans. UNTIL - we got a pin code for free dining in August. After some discussion we decided we would book a trip for the family- yep all four of us. The choice was based on the fact that my MIL was going to come with us and help with the kids UNTIL she changed her mind.(yep she passed on a trip to WDW - can you imagine???
) So plans changed and we decided to go but make plans for Captain Eli to stay with my mom (MIMI) and suprise Lily with a trip!!!!
Jeremy and I are running around making secret phone calls, deciding on meal plans and airline arrangements, with all those things in place. Here is the plan.
Arrive August 7 at 11:00 pm
Park Days on August 8-11
Leave August 12 at 7:00 am
We have lots to do in a little time. I have outfits to make for the princess and lots of little special things to do.
SO NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW DO WE SURPRISE LILY?
Some ideas are: a puzzle to work on the plane
a pair of mouse ears wrapped as a gift to be openned at the airport
OR
a special invite from Mickey.
