We did quite a bit accomplished the first day. The mac was just gross.

Well, finally all caught up again after being away camping with the scouts this past weekend! Love the pictures of the girls back to back at Adventureland! And Cayley sitting in the middle of the suitcase is a hoot!

So you ate at The Plaza. Did you see one of my favorite HMs there? I hesitate to post a picture of that one since I don't think I've seen anyone else post about finding it.......

I think if you were in a bad mood, Cayley could make you feel better with her silliness.

The Plaza -- yes, my must-do. No, I have never seen a Hidden Mickey there but I will look for it in September.

Looks like a solid plan to me.

Any time a Pina Colada in Florida is involved, it is a solid plan.

Love this pair of updates Kathy! That Cayley is such a ham! I love it, so much personality. What fun to be around these little ones, right Kat? And now I know the secret behind the TR title.

I love the Living with the Land boatride. Good choice, though it stinks that Soarin' FP's were out.

Good call on riding SE as you exited! We do that too, there's never any line that way. I love yours and Cayley's smushed up pictures! Good news on the bus being there when you were ready to leave as well. I love when that happens at the end of a very long park day.

Sooooo, Ms. Kat. For all the lushes out there..... I mean! For us folk who like to try a good drink while in WDW, you didn't tell us what kind of adults drinks y'all had. They looked yummy!

That’s a Q/S that gets overlooked. It was the last place we stopped at the last time we were in one of the parks just before heading home. We split a meatball sub and grabbed several cookies to take on the road. All in all… not too bad. I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Mark and I like it, but it's jot for everyone.

Doesn’t look any worse then the stuff in that blue box, but I wont be touchin’ it.

I’ve been spoiled mightily by marrying one fine cook and baker. One of her signature dishes is a variation on a baked Mac-n-cheese that is so addictive that everyone in both our families and those neighbors that have tried it all refer to the stuff as: “Bad Mac” (‘cause anything that good, has got to be B-A-D). My son for several years now has asked not to have cake for his birthday, but rather to have “Bad Mac” with candles pocked into it. This stuff is that good.
Oooh....that sounds yummy.

Sounds like a good first full day in Epcot. That first full day is so exciting, but so exhausting at the same time.

We got so much done that I'm not surprised that we were starting to drag just a little.

It looks like such a cold day there, but I'm glad you all still had fun. I always think Epcot is one of the best parks when it's cold, since there's so many places to get inside.

It was a little chilly in the early a.m. and then when the sun went down. But we were fine with sweatshirts; at least we didn't need hats and gloves.

Everytime I go on the Mexico Boat Ride I think of Steph who looked at the Mural of the City and said Oh look New York City !!!Her mother siad "She is Blonde "Samatha Said It's The MEXICAN Boat ride you dummy!!! I was too busy laughing !!

It was utterly disgusting.

I think my Ds remembers when SS was the "healthy" place and now he won't even go near it. We end up at EU if I can't talk him into anything else.

We are fine here; we had about an inch of snow after they predicted 5 inches. We are supposed to be at 57 degrees by the middle the week.

And thanks for your thoughts on the Studio. We stayed at a studio at BLT last week and it was pretty small, but we loved it. Just not sure I could stay in such a small room for a week or so! But OKW has the largest units, so I guess we will be fine.

Dear Kathy, Yes, I am all caught up again and I must say I thought your title was going somewhere else as well! LOVE all of the pics. We used to LOVE the schoolbread, we tried it again in October (we planned to share it because last time it was HUGE, this tie it was...disappointing. I don't know if it was never that good and I was simply blinded by the handsome guy behind the counter who suggested it, or if it really wasn't as good...I LOVE the land, but miss the individual guides on each boat, it really was better then in IMHO. LOVE Mexico...everything from the ride, to the mdse to the glass blowers, which my middle two children REALLY enjoy! Mary, I have said it before but your daughters are so cute!!! Kathy, Looking forward to seeing pics form the BIG proposal night! At least of the ring on the beautiful fiancées' hand!!!

Hey, Kathy. Sorry I fell behind again. If life would quit smacking us upside the head I might have more DIS time!

We arrived at Epcot and walked through the turnstiles. The first place we headed was to check on Fastpasses for Soarin' but they were all gone.

Cayley had the mac and cheese. Let me just say it was ABSOLUTELY disgusting

But I thought Cayley had it?

We passed by Mouse Gears but did not shop (at least I don't think we did)
