Sheraton World? Resort Fee?

Hi, does anyone know if this hotel still charges a resort fee? Also, has anyone stayed there lately and would you give your opinion of the hotel?

I'm right now in the process of deciding on where to go end of April and was myself thinking of Sheraton World, as I really do not want to leave my yorkie home this time (as much as I really want to stay on site). I went to TripAdvisor.com and saw the reviews, wow were they bad!! I honestly usually have never had a really bad problem at a Sheraton, at least they try to fix it if you do but those reviews really got me worried, they were horrible! I liked the idea of the World because I like that it has a large tropical property. If anyone has stayed there recently from these boards I'm interested to hear myself. But right now with those reviews I am definitely NOT.
