Sheraton World or Hilton Garden Inn?

Hi...currently have both booked for 4 nights, palnning 2 days at SW and driving to KSC FOR 1 day (tix to KSC are a gif so we are going for sure). The price differece is $89 HGI or $119 SW (pool view, reg building)
Hoping to get upgraded to Tower at SW, but going 12/28-1/1, so not counting on it due to croeds.
Anyway, which would you choose?
We have 2 kids who love to swim.
I know HGI has the micr in room, but Sheraton has one in snack area for use.
HGI is 2 double beds
SW is 1 king w/pullout sofa.
Has anyone had lousy experiences at either?
