Shellfish Allergy-Wanting to Eat Morimoto

We are going on a large group trip over New Year’s to celebrate my sister’s birthday. One of our favorite places to go is Morimoto and we plan to eat there our last night. One of our friends has a shellfish allergy. He can be around it but he cannot ingest it.
I’m wondering if anyone has eaten there with a shellfish allergy. I am going to call and talk to them to double check but I was just looking for some personal experiences, too. Thanks!

I've never eaten at Morimoto, but just took a quick peek at their menu. I'm only seeing 2 dishes on the whole menu that have shellfish in them, so I would say it would be a pretty safe place to eat.

My dad is allergic to shellfish & we have eaten together at Morimoto with no issues.
