when DS came home with GF

Today I ironed

I love to iron (I know, I am ill)
but not very often
I like to let it pile up
so I don't have to get the ironing board out too often

I think it is rewarding to actually see the clothes LOOK better
smooth
wrinkle free
crisp!

ah.......
I haven't ironed in six months, I bet!
If you take stuff out of the dryer RIGHT AWAY
you can get away with not ironing.... even if you like to iron!

I am also knee deep in cleaning out a large bathroom closet
right now everything is all over the floor
as I took everything out

shampoo
soap
toothpaste
bandaids
powder
kid toys from when they USED to soak and play for hours in the tub

I have about 1/3 put back away
and a large garbage bag of throw away...

I have lost my steam, though

DD10 has gymnastics at five
