Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

So far, so good. We have a beautiful turret room, the dishes have all been clean & there’s planty of staff to clear tables. ;)
Glad you got the room you wanted. Are you on the 5th floor? That one is my favorite.
Thx! I think I’ll save it for maybe an arrival day or something. If I get free alcohol sometimes that’s all I need lol .

Funny about the surveys!
I feel the same as focusondisney. For years the YC was my go to on the Epcot side, now it's BWI. I'd stay at BWI just for the doodle muffins😋 YC is just not the same since covid. The food offerings used to be 2nd only to the GF. Now there is only one night that I like the food offerings. No complaints about the CMs though.

Does the Old Faithful Club at the WL have a freezer with ice cream bars available? We are planing a multigenerational trip next fall with 3 other families (kids ages 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13) and debating between going club level or staying non club level and adding the dining plan. I know there isn't a lot a of "value" in the club in monetary terms (the kids are all pretty picky eaters and don't eat much and we aren't a group of big drinkers) but I like the idea of having an easy breakfast and a space for the families to gather. If the club had a freezer (like BWI and BC) for frozen treats that just might tip the scales as we all love ice cream!
When we were at the Old Faithful lounge in February, they had a make your own sundae setup with a tub of vanilla ice cream with all the fixings for dessert every night. :)

In June I was showed the Binder that had the breakdown of the evening meals and desserts. I should have taken notes as we have a trip this month and wondering the same thing for our first evening at CL. I’m going to go back through the Thread to see what was posted for what nights of Bao Buns, Shrimp on Polenta, Pork Belly, Short Rib, and Meatball Sliders.
We were there Mon- Sat of this past week. I do know we had the short rib on Monday night. I remember Lorenzo telling us that when we were having breakfast after we checked in. After that, there was a lot of mid-day alcohol consumed & it's all running together now.

If you're there tomorrow morning can you see if the mimosa flight is still available?
I wanted to know this as well! Although I found a video on TikTok that listed the mimosas in the flight along with the ingredients for each one (most of them only contain champage and two other mixers ), and figured I could just ask them to make me one if they still had the stuff on hand.

Mid-day offerings at the Grand RPC seem to alternate between 2 menus:

Chicken Noodle Soup / Cucumber Cream Cheese sandwiches with a radish (today - Wed) and Tomato Basil with Pimento Cheese sandwiches (with a pickle) (yesterday - Tues). Since it's every other day menu. There doesn't seem to be a 3rd menu in rotation (we've been here since Saturday)

There are usually oatmeal raisin / chocolate chip / flourless brownies every day mid-day - other things are rotated through: today was sugar cookies and a rocky-road/cookies/rice krispy treat thing (it was sticky and super sweet)

Breakfast seems to be on a 3 day rotation: bacon on the same day as cheesy hashbrown casserole (today - Wed) / sausage links with something I can't remember / Canadian bacon and a breakfast pizza

there are always scrambled eggs and boiled eggs as well as mickey waffles every day as well as ham/turkey breast / cheese

there is a rotation of pastries that seems to be kind of different each day - today (Wed) was: banana muffin raspberry crumble, sticky toffee things that tasted like apple cake with caramel / zucchini carrot bread. But these were not the pastries we had on Sunday when there was also hashbrowns/bacon

We haven't been down for desserts every night so I can't say what that rotation is - last night (Tuesday) we had: lemon tarts with blueberry meringue / tiramisu shots / mango rice pudding / vanilla mini cupcakes. Monday night was: key lime tart squares / white layer cake (not full cupcake size but not mini-sized) / chocolate mousse

There IS a freezer that has mickey bars / mickey sandwiches and strawberry bars
