She Said Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know what the ap codes were for All Stars last summer? I'm hoping to get an idea of what they will be this year. I'm tring to figure out if I should book now with AAA rate or wait for a (hopefully) better rate with AP codes. :confused3

I was bored and perusing the disboards and decided to check out the pre trips..I am a trip report addict:rotfl2:

Well, the title caught my attention, while it was not what I expected, it is better:thumbsup2

What a cool cast of characters and seem like a very close family which is so nice:goodvibes

WOW...a month trip, that is amazing!!!!

I can't wait to hear more:cool1:

So, since you will be there for 32 days, are you goign to hit Universal or Sea World? Any thing else in Florida?

Nope we are all Disney all the time :thumbsup2 .
We won't be going to any other parks. None of us are really interested in Universal.
Mom, Me and Zach have been and didn't like it (we are not into thrill rides) Judy doesn't want to try it and Lydia is a princess and wants to be with the princesses. princess:
Sea World is fun but we don't care to do it again.

We will be renting a car to do some shopping. We want to check out the fea market and there is a bird shop that sales macaws that mom wants to check out and we will need to go to Wal-Mart for water.
But for the most part we will be staying in the 47 square miles of magic which is the way we like it :woohoo:

If you don't like thrill rides, then Universal definitely not for your family.

Sounds like a great plan. I would love to be submerged in Disney for a month....sounds awesome!!!

That stinks you have to two 3 different reservations...you will have to check out and check in 3 times, but I am sure they will let you keep the same room, so no bigge:thumbsup2

I would got with the choice of arriving on 5th and leaving a day early, less stress is better and having that extra day to relax before getting back to the grind, is probably the best idea:goodvibes

with the one day park passes u are buying to get on the dining plan, u dont need to buy the no expiration option, just dont ever put em into a turnstyle to activate them at any park, if u dont activate them then they wont ever expire and u can use em as u wish, whenever..........

PS....im sooooooo jealous of 31 days..........:3dglasses :upsidedow

Yeah I'm really thinking going on the 5th is the best bet (unless airfare is much cheaper to go on the 4th as of right now it is about the same)

Coming home a day early makes since to. Then I can rest, unpack, wash clothes. I'm just worried that when it comes time to leave I'll regret it. :)

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!! That is great news! Thank you so much! I LOVE to save money

Just called AAA, Disney can't do the AAA rate on packages only on rooms. I got a better rate then Disney. I was going to book it the problem is they don't have All Stars for the whole trip.

At this point my options are:

A) ASSp the first reservation ASMo the second reseservation
B) Pop centry the whole trip

We all like All Stars better but I'm not thrilled about the moving mid trip. Staying at POP would be easier but we don't like it as much. I'm not sure if we should book now or wait and hope for an opening at ASMu......or any of the All Stars. At this point I can't be too choosey.

That stinks that you can't get it at the same resort for the whole time. I would definitely book now that is a huge amount of days and if you wait you might have more trouble with booking later.

I agree. I would book now to avoid any future disappointment.

Hi Goofy!
I just joined DISboards and ran across your pre-trip report! OMG 32 days! You lucky dog! I really enjoyed "meeting" your family! It sounds like you are going to have a fabulous trip. And don't sweat the having to stay at the value resorts--you know you can visit any of the other resorts and swim in their pools and enjoy their facilities. Last year we ate at O'Hana in the Polynesian and then spent a couple of hours at their pool. We even watched the fireworks from poolside. Besides, you'll only be in your room to sleep!!!
And my favorite value resort is the Movies, I like the Toy Story section.
So what's the latest? We have reservations for the Movies resort July 11-18. We wont be far behind y'all!!! Anyway, have a great trip and give us some more updates!

Have you checked out the rates for the Caribbean? Sometimes you can get
pretty good rates there.

Hey Okitsme..

Just wanted to give you a warning.:thumbsup2

You are not allowed to pool hop. You can only swim in your own pool at the resort you are staying at.

Personally, I don't care what you do, that is your business

I just wanted to let you know if you say that on the boards, be prepared for people to attack you:rotfl:

:goodvibes

I would definitely just pick one and book it.

If something opens up in the future that you rather have, then great.

if not, at least you have somewhere to stay:goodvibes
