Shaved ice in Animal Kingdom?

Does anyone know if the shaved ice cart located near Harambe Market in Animal Kingdom has been open at all this year? We will be visiting this August. My daughter is on a medically restricted diet to treat her autoimmune disease. With all her food restrictions (too many to list), one of the only treats she can have is shaved ice because we get just plain ice and then add our own topping/flavoring to it. I know they have shaved ice in Epcot but we will not be visiting Epcot this trip. These are the only two places I know of that offer this- if anyone knows of another, that would be great!

I’m not sure if it’s still there since this whole mess, but there was a shaved ice cart in Disney Springs. It’s an area with multiple outdoor vendors near Paddlefish. Wishing you a very magical trip!

Good to know. My nearly three year old just discovered she likes shaved ice, but she is still coming around to ice cream.

My kids love shave ice (and I just confirmed a trip for them in January); so I went to look and see if there (a) was shave ice (there is) and (b) if they made Mickey ears like Aulani. I'm shocked that it doesn't seem to be a thing (either at parks or the Polynesian).
