Not sure when you went into the store, but the code is expired so it will not work anywhere, online or instore.

When I got my refund this morning, the guy said it was all he had done since the opened and they were working on fixing the problem, maybe that is what they are doing now and why it is off.

I just called the Staples closest to me and they said they would not honor the deal because it is an online only deal. I said other stores are and he just said sorry.
So, I guess I'll miss out on the deal too.

Tried the website... now every time I click on something it goes to a blank page and then I go back and it may or may not show up in the cart total at the top of the page. But when I click on the cart it says "your cart is empty". I guess I'm just out of luck for this deal. Too bad the store near me won't honor the deal.

I just got back from my Staaples, they honored it no problem. Only trouble was the guy rang 2 sets of the 24 pack and I didn't pay attention (talking to the person behind me about the deal) so I paid like $12. I went back in after I noticed but because they were busy I opted to just take another 24 pack and give back the 4 pack so I didn't cause a delay. It was still a great deal and I think I will break up the extra package and tie a ribbon around them for the kids' teachers for Christmas.

What is the return policy in case that does not happen?

Called my local Staples, they said they couldn't honor it, as it was an online deal.

So I'm on hold now with the 800 # to see if they'll honor it.

I just got an e-mail saying ONE of my items was not available. I called to try to get something else and was told tehat they took WAY more orders then they should have and NOTHING I ordered will be shipped and there was nothing they could do. I ordered a little before 8 this morning. She said they would be refunding the $2 in addition to the $25 credit. She said MANY orders, 1000s in fact would be canceled. I wish you all luck, maybe I had bad luck. I did get some in the store, so not all is lost.

Thanks! I called 1-800-891-0195 - got right through to place my order - no waiting.

Just called & got a message that if you are calling about the Sharpie offer, it is no longer valid. The least they could have done was waited out the day since it expires today.
