The weekend went pretty well. I was constantly hungry on Saturday, but I tried to make good choices at least. Sunday I was much better - really stayed on plan. Did manage to get a workout at Curves on Friday. Only made it there 2 times last week. I WILL do better this week.
My goals for October are:
1) Food - no cheating 25 out of 31 days
2) Vitamin - every day
3) Water - 60 oz per day
4) Exercise - 12 days (3 times a week)
I think if I meet these goals, I should see some results on the scale and measurements. They took my measurements when I started Curves and will do them again after 4 weeks.
The scale this morning had me down 1.5 lbs. I am happy about that, but I am known to flucuate by that much on a daily basis. But down on a Monday morning is always a good thing for me!

I plan on going to Curves Tues, Wed and Friday this week. I have oatmeal, yogurt, soup and a whole wheat wrap with turkey and roast beef with me today. I won't eat it all today

, but it leaves me some options.
