I quite fancy eating here. We will be eating with a two and a half year old (not fussy eater and used to restaurants), will this be ok or do you recommend somewhere else in he park??

I do not have children so I am not an expert. :) But in my humble opinion it should be fine. My wife and I ate there (for the first time) a couple months ago, and it was not scary or anything. I also remember seeing several kids (including some that I think looked as young as yours).

You could always go over there, walk in and look around in the morning, before making your reservation. That way you can decide for yourself if you think it would be a good idea or not. I'm guessing they'd let you walk in and look around for a minute.

I think you should be fine with a little one. Just a reminder, you can only make reservations the day of, right in the restaurant. No advanced reservations before leaving home!

Supposedly if you are an AP holder, you can call 24 hours before for priority seating. . . otherwise, you have to wait until 10:00am the day of. . . at least that's the voice message I heard this morning when I called to ask a question.

Maybe someone has better information than this and will come along.

We took our two-year-old and six-year-old boys, and they had fun watching the sharks and other fish swimming in the giant tank. They have a kid's menu, and the regular menu is just GREAT. Wonderful way for the family to relax for lunch.

Not trying to be a spoil-sport, but we didn't enjoy the food there. The view was awesome, not scary at all, even for small children, but we really disliked all of the food. (Even the bread) On the other hand, if you are there for the sharks, you can't beat it! There were lots of children when we ate there and they did seem to be having a great time. I hope that I didn't discourage you too much, just wanted you to hear the "rest of the story!"popcorn::

View is awesome.
Food is great, on par with anything in any other park other than EPCOT.
Prices are very reasonable for park food.
Not scary at all.We had a 1 yr old in our party last month and are taking our 3 yr old God-daughter in 2 weeks.

we had 6 & up & they LOVED it..they were glued to the tank & they got a good choice of kids meals..like chicken, etc

& for dessert the got a shark head cup!!!

they thought it was the best thing EVER!!!!

i loved the food...i think you will be happy with it!
