Shark Pocket Steamer

Anyone have one? What do you think of it? I'm wondering if it is the answer to my tub tile cleaning problems.

I do not have the pocket but I do have a shark. I love it for cleaning tile, grout and any other "tough" job. Just watch out, it's very addictive

I just bought my pocket Shark today and I LOVE it!! I had the original Shark, but it died. I liked it a lot, but bought a cheap version which I hate. So I had to go get this. I love how it swivels, and you can flip to the other side to finish and the cloth isn't rolling up after a while. The pocket is very secure and stays tight and flat. I haven't used it in my tub, but just did my kitchen floor. It dried pretty quick without puddles everywhere. A little embarassed how dirty the cloth was..even after just using my cheap steamer a few days ago.

UPDATE: OK, I just used the carpet glide that comes with the pocket mop and it is really nice! I know it is not for cleaning your carpets, but it did get the carpet piles "flufflier". Also ran it over my microfiber safa and loveseat...no problems.
Off to find more things to do!!

I've been looking for a good steam mop! Is this the one that Sam's Club has or it is a portable, why is it called a "pocket"?

I've had mine about a month now and LOVE it !! I have bamboo wood floor and it did a GREAT job on them. I originally purchased the H2O mop and was very disappointed in it. I could not use it on my wood floors as it REALLY made the floors very very damp and that we all know is a no no for wood floors. Plus you only have the triangle shaped head. With the pocket mop you have multiple heads and the cloths are fantastic. They have velcro at the top so they stay very secure. I love the fact you can flip the heads over. The wood floor shammy thing is great. It is so soft .

I cant say enough good things about this. I would def. recommend this to you.

I have the older canister style. I love it! It makes the floors feel and look like new. I actually look forward to washing my floors. I also have used it on my sofa and recliner with great results. I take the mop head off and just use the nozzle to spray my counters and the bath tub and then just wipe them down with a clean towel. I let a couple of friends borrow it and they now have their own.

I have to agree with the positive reviews listed. I've had mine for about two months. My home is mostly hardwood and tile, so I use it a lot! It is great, and I love that I don't have to "lug out" a bunch of things to clean my floors. Just fill the tank and go! I did order extra cloths but they wash up easily in the washing machine so that's not really necessary, at least initially. Good luck!

I bought a steam pocket mop 2 days ago & have used it once. I used it on tile floors in my kitchen & bath. I like the way it cleaned & the double sided pads for getting all the dirt up & not just smearing it around on the floor like mops do. The way I did it, is just keep going over about a 3x3 spot several times (10-20 times) then go to the next 3x3 spot without turning the pad over to the clean side yet. Do this until you have done your whole floor then turn the pad over on the clean side & go over the whole floor again the same amount of times. FYI, I do not like mops at all & when I clean my tile & grout I get on my hands & knees to clean with a scrubber brush. I don't like the swiffer mop on my tile either because there is no way that can clean the grout. I just cleaned my kitchen floor (on my hands & knees with a scrubber) before I bought this so I have only used it once. I will continue to use it & will get back with you on how well I like it. I really do like the way it cleans the tile but I'm kind of concerned about the grout. We will see.

I have on order the portable steam pocket because I want something easier to clean my shower with. As of right now, I also clean my shower with a scrub brush & comet. I'm not sure what my shower is made out of but it looks like the thick marble like stuff but I don't think it's real marble. Anyway, I will get my portable & report back to you on how well it cleans.
