My mom and I did this in Jan. of '08. We both enjoyed it a lot! You get a brief talk about what you will see in the tank first (we both agreed that it's also to tell you how safe it is and to judge how nervous they think you'll be), you change, and off you go. My mom's pretty little, so she had something on her helmet to make it lighter. I was disappointed that there's no opening in the cage - I'd hoped for some smaller "guests" with us

You stop halfway across the tank there and back. There's someone up top who talks to you, explains what's what and where to look. I know they mentioned that they can bring you back pretty quickly if necessary. The time that we were out was perfect because the water temperature was pretty chilly for us. We had dinner afterwards at Sharks Underwater Grill - that was a nice ending to the day; food was just okay, but it was nice to see the sharks from a different perspective.
