Sharing the magic reward question

My coworker used our name and became a
member back in Jan/Feb. still to this date
Her guide has not entered in our info it shows
a member referred her but no our name.
Talked to me guide no help from her. My coworker
guide has asked multiple times for my info it appears
that he looses it. Called MS today and they are sending an
email to another dept for help. Does anyone have any
suggestions on what to do/contact? Or have a number/email to
someone I can complain to? My coworker is on a Disney trip right now
so can't get her guides number to talk to him personally and
see what is going on. I have his name and MS wouldn't
give me any info.

Not all States allow rewards, does Washington?

Rewards can take a couple of months to get worked, the program isn't a priority for Disney.

You can contact the DVC Satisfaction Team and have them research the issue for you.

Rewards are allowed in Washington, I've received the sharing the magic reward in the past. Waiting for my coworker to get back and call her guide directly this has been almost 6 months now.
