Sharing meals on the Dining Plan???

Hi guys,

We are going in August and we are actually having to pay for our dining plan!!! Oh well, we are going to have a great time eating anyway!! Well, my question is about sharing meals. My DD and I share meals from time to time as I am currently trying to convert my self to healthy eating - "not a diet!!". If I keep saying that maybe it will stick . Anyway, I would not dare eat an appetizer, entreé and desert all at one time. I know while at WDW I will splurge some, but I have a 20th high school reunion the month after our trip and I have already lost 80 lbs - dont want to gain any back as I still need to lose about 40 lbs more.

Will they let me and my DD who is 11 years old (she is big for her age) share a meal?? Also, has anyone actually done this? I have seen posts where people are going to buy a kids meal out of pocket and not use up their TS meals. Do the CM's go for this??? Has anyone had a problem doing it?

I am the worlds worst at asking things like this of CM's or anyone else - kind of shy (even at age 37!!). I guess that's why I like these boards so much Thanks for your help!

I am planning on sharing with my 9 year old DD. We usually do this and it works out great, especially with an appetizer and dessert! Congrats on your 80 lb weight loss that's great, good luck with the rest.

So true. I'm 10 lbs down and a long way to go. Congrats!

We shared meals when we were there in May. You will have enough food for two to share. We then used our leftover CS for breakfast which worked out great!
