Sharing free dining pins?

Sorry I have never posted anything before but just had a question? If someone on here gets a free dining pin and is only booking one room, can someone else that they don't know that is going at the same time use their free dining pin too? Hope this makes sense.

You can only share PINs with those who are traveling with YOU. Considering that a $200 deposit is required at the time of booking for each room I can't imagine anyone would put a deposit on their credit card for strangers.

Yes, they must be traveling with you.

My mom and I both received pin codes via email and already had our trip booked so got the free dining applied to the first package (January 20th to February 3rd as our second package is from February 3rd to February 6th with hotel discount).

Our relatives (who are arriving a week after we are (January 27th to February 6th) ended up calling and booking a package at our hotel (RS) with the same pin code. The person on the phone told her to keep her old reservation (at FQ) in case they got their own pin code but this seemed kind of odd to me to have 2 reservations for the same time at different resorts.
