Can anyone help me with the correct number please?

I want to get a price for room only using Shareholders discount for our last night in DLP. I expect it will be pricey, but before booking off-site I just want to double check it ;)

I tried calling the Shareholdes line, but got really muddled up with what option to choose. I remember there being a lot of talk on here recently about the general booking line, and to dial a French number but I can't find it. I have tried the normal line and quoted something that I know was way off the mark.

Thanks in advance :goodvibes

The French booking line number (this is Guest Services at DLP) -

00 33 1 60 30 60 53

remember to go through a discount dial number first, this could cut down your call cost to 0.5p per minute from a UK landline :).

for the shareholders line choices, if you don't pick any of them and just wait until the end of the choices menu, you'll be put through to a real person anyway.

Thanks Elaine :thumbsup2 I'll give it a go on Monday :)

I called the number above and spoke to a very nice CM. Room only (B&B) for 1 night, 3 ad and 1 ch at HNY £240.54 :scared1: I double checked that this included 20% shareholder discount and it did.

I knew it would be pricey, but thought it would be less than the current room only price on Expedia which is £247 for the same night.

When we booked our package we could have added on the extra night for £183 difference, but I just felt it would be a waste having park tickets on the last day and not using them. We get picked up just after 8am to go to the airport.

Oh well, off site it will be then. I've found a good price on Travelrepublic for Dream Castle, £96 including breakfast. I'm sure I've read on here that they are an ok site to use :confused3

My only slight concern now is that after watching Dreams we might have a bit of a fight to get on a bus. Anyone any experience of leaving the park late after a show, for the bus?

travelrepublic are a great site to use, I've used them two or 3 times now for associated hotels :).

How late will you be out of the park after Dreams on your trip do you think?

The park is open until 22:30 and reports suggest that Dreams will be scheduled at park closing, so I reckon about 23:00 before we get out the park.

I really wanted to do this for the last night. I know we'll be exhausted getting up early the next morning, but the way I see it, we can sleep on the plane home :lmao:

It's DH that's bothered about the buses - he always insists on being on-site to avoid any hustle and bustle but is actually quite looking forward to seeing the Dream Castle, as am I. Could do without the hastle of moving on our last day, but it's won't be much trouble.

you should be fine getting on the buses to the associated hotels from that time Julie. Yes, they all get busy, but they run until after 11.30pm every night anyway, and anytime we've been in a large crowd of people waiting at the Village bus stop for the 54 shuttle to the associated hotels, theres always been one bus come in a few minutes after the full one has left (sometimes theres one right behind the other).

Thanks :thumbsup2

I've gone ahead and booked Dream Castle through Travelrepublic. Got a good price, £92 B&B. It was the cheapest I could find.

Excited about trying somewhere new on our last night. :goodvibes
