Shareholder discount for addons?

Hey all you experts-do you think the shareholder discount would applyto addons or only SSR? I'm frustrated with my resale (sellers dragging their feet getting papers back-should have closed already but they haven't done their part-ugh). I'm thinking of going back to try through disney-looking for BCV.

I'm having the same prob with sellers. Did my part but guess I should of put in a penalty clause for myself. I am getting close to pulling out of escrow. Seller would pay a penalty to them but I can still get a full return but not on time wasted. Funney thing is that on this contract got through ROFR right away...Good Luck

We talked breifly with TTS today-didn't push whether or not we eould get escrow back. We should -right? The seller essentialy broke the contract. I wonder if we have the same seller. TTS said they have a few contracts they are selling.

Maybe we do have the same seller. Dont quote me about escrow but the contract does have a term on sellers performance on closing date. I am checking tomm. Docs are supposed to be in the mail, hard for me to pass on a deal, but I am getting frustrated as well

Are you talking a member discount/incentive or Disney stockholder discount?

I was wondering about the stockholder discount. My guide called earlier and didn't answer that question on her message. She mentioned SSR and AKV incentives.
