We finished our short stay at the French restaurant that we always set aside a night to visit, when we're in that town. We shared Foie Gras Club (Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Tomato Apple Jam, Crisp Smoked Bacon on Grilled House Brioche), The Perfect Caper Pate (All-Natural Chicken Liver Pâté, Mission Fig-Vidalia Onion Relish, Rustic Pear Jam, Crostini, Caper Berries) & Pappardelle & Mushroom (Imported Pappardelle, Hen of The Woods Mushrooms, ProsciuttoCrisps, Kale, Light Cream, Parmesan Cheese).
Once again, DH's eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We only ate a few bites of the pasta, then had it packed up to go. We'll be eating that with a salad at home tonight. DH will also have a roll.
