Wow! I haven't seen that much snow since the Colorado blizzard of 1982!

So I'm guessing there's no school tomorrow where you are, huh?

Yes, we have school tomorrow -- 2 hour delay for the public school and regular time for the Catholic school - -and yet again, they did not plow the streets by the school.

Nope, got the call earlier today...no school for DS18 tomorrow, and I bet Tues too. Then we are getting another storm on Tues/Weds, so who knows about this whole week

DS21 is supposed to start spring term on Tuesday...we'll see about that one too.

No delays for us. We have school normal time.

Have a winter warning for Monday night to Tuesday night. Crazy grocery stores again.

They have lifted part of the state of emergency for Delaware (the top half of the state), but the for the most part the state is still under it

Winter Storm Warning here for tonight/tomorrow... we'll see how it goes.. just having DH run to store for Milk...everything else is plentiful since we did the grocery run last week!

No delays here and the side roads are not good.. glad I wouldn't let DD drive.. she would have got stuck 2 roads over @ the intersection.. luckily I have AWD so I had no issues but 4 other cars did.. it was awful..

Everyone be safe on the roads and stay warm!! I feel a little guilty saying it's cold here in Florida at 41 degrees. When you get snow we get rain and wind followed by cold temps.

I'm never surprised about Catholic schools not closing. I went to Catholic school almost all the way through and they never closed for weather, but we shared a public school bus, so if the public school was closed, and the buses weren't running, and my mom didn't want to drive in the snow or ice, I got a "snow day."

I just got back from Walmart. It was next to the Goodwill so I ran in there. No fabric. When did Walmart get rid of the fabric section?

Anyway, got the milk and lunchmeat. Nobody there right now.

Going to Joanns in a minute. Decided it was worth the gas to get the food stuff and go back out. Don't want crazy people later.

We have the Winter Storm warning starting tonight too. 3-6 of the white stuff. Not a lot. But even with the AWD on my minivan, I'd rather not chance it out there.

Well I think I was in the only public school that went to school today (teachers only no students). I do have to say that I got a lot done, but would much rather have been home. The road are bad out this way in Delaware.
