I just had to share some good budget news. We have been wanting and needing a new camera. The ones I was looking at ran around 300.00, sometimes 260.00ish on sale.
So we had decided to wait and budget the cash a little at a time until we had it in full. Well in the meantime.. I was just browsing our local town swap and sell page on facebook and a friend had listed one of the ones we were looking at for 100.00! We were able to take the money from camera budget and I will bepicture taking ready for our feb trip!​

I may have to hear how it pays to wait and budget from the hubby , but I hate to admit sometimes he is right

congratulations! Isn't it a great feeling when everything lines up like that? Now, be sure to take the money you DIDN'T spend (you said you were saving up for $260, but weren't there yet...) and put it towards something else that matters... it's only "saving" if the extra money doesn't evaporate (like mine always seems to!)

You are right- My vote is it goes to vacation budget!!!!
