Shampoo and Soap

What brand of soap and shampoo are provided on the Magic? Is there enough supplied for a family of 3 taking up to two showers per day?

They Shampoo and Lotion containers do not have what brand they are on them. They are 1 oz packages. There is plenty for your family. The room steward restocks them during the day for you. I ended up bringing mine home with me. We used the products I brought with me and I kept the others

It is a combo shampoo/conditioner squeeze packet, and a lotion squeeze packet. The room steward will refill them in the morning and afternoon. We had the late seating, and the steward had prepared our room during our dinner time. There are always steward carts around in the halls that contain these products and towels. On Friday we needed more clean towels than the 2 sets we had, so we just called the housekeeping line (there is a button on the phone, just like in a hotel), and had 4 towels brought up. They arrived in about 3 minutes, during a very busy day Friday. So, getting more shampoo/soap should be no problem.

The shampoo/ conditioner combo that they give made our hair like straw. If you are used to real conditioner then be sure to bring your own stuff from home. The Spa has seperate conditioner if you want to shower there, I did almost every day!

As stated above, the shampoo/conditioner was not that great. Dh used it, and was fine. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. The lotion on the other hand is fantastic.

My DD just washed her hair with some that I have left over and have been hanging onto............she is screaming that she can't get the brush through her hair. She said will not use that again....

I too bring my own conditioner because I wash my hair compulsively on the cruise (after swimming, oily spa treatments, beaching, etc.), and the shampoo does indeed turn your hair to straw if you don't use separate conditioner. If you use lots of shampoo, lotion, etc. just let you stateroom host or hostess know and they will keep you well supplied. I always warn them as soon as I meet them that I like LOTS of shampoo!
