Shameful truth about my daughter

Maybe she's related to my 16yo DD. We went to Universal over spring break to use our APs one more time. She was acting impossible when we were there (and even when we were at the beach before going to Universal) and finally said to me, "nobody asked ME what I wanted to do during spring vacation. I didn't want to come and I'd rather be at home with my friends!".

I could have wrung her neck, but I did learn a lesson. She will be singing a different tune when I go back to Orlando up to three times this year to take advantage of my WDW AP (once with my husband, once with my 4yo to spend a week with my 81yo mom --her first WDW trip, and once with my 10yo).

My daughter is a good kid, has never given us any real trouble, etc, however, she acts a bit entitled. My DH and I are so down to earth and very grateful for what we have and sometimes are amazed that our daughter is the way she is. This too shall pass!

Blasphemy!!!

By the way, can you adopt me??? Cause if my mom was planning and paying for a 3 night stay at WDW I would be ever most grateful!

Your daughter is just young, maybe she needs a new friend to hang around with.

Our DD, who just graduated from college, has realized Mom and Dad aren't as dumb as she thought we were when she was in high school. It's just a maturity thing.
