Shaken, Not Stirred, With a Twist of Pixie Dust! A Food and Wine Trip!NEW! Pgs.75,76

I LOVE the Canada Pavillion!! It's so pretty--the gardens are breathtaking!! That soup looks YUMMY!!

I so wanna try a Dragon Berry colada. Is it an item you can get year round - or just at F&W?

That salmon looks mighty tasty too.

Word of advice - don't try Le Cellier for supper after eating a TS for lunch. We did & I didn't get to enjoy supper there so much since I was still stuffed from lunch. Although - make sure you try the pretzel bread when you do eat there!!! :woohoo:

Ready for more food...er, more of your TR! :rotfl:

I want a Dragon Berry Colada along with some of that salmon!! :thumbsup2

I wouldn't mind having both of those right now, too!

I agree -- the Canada Pavilion is just gorgeous, and we have never adequately explored the gardens. The soup was so tasty. I think I joked about licking the bowl. :lmao:

Sadly, I think it is just a Food and Wine thing -- it makes me want to figure out a way to go back next October. LOL!

That salmon looks mighty tasty too.

It was so good! The piece was a good-sized one as well.

We have learned we should only do one TS a day or we don't enjoy the second one. I would want to go to Le Cellier on an empty stomach so I could make an absolute pig of myself. ;)

Ready for more food...er, more of your TR! :rotfl:

:rotfl: Lots more to come! :thumbsup2

The pretzel bread, dipped in the soup = bliss :cloud9:

After today, I could use a Dragon Berry! :faint: It was a tough day in 2nd grade.:headache:

OOH!!! Fun post!! Dragonberry Coladas and cheese soup... Sounds lovely to me! :thumbsup2

Oh poor Chelsea -- my DS7 was right on the very same couch -- well okay the couch in OUR family room  -- but laid up with a fever as well!!!!
:sad2: he was so sad -- flushed, glassy-eyed, fever, cough... he slept on the couch that afternoon, and finally when the kids started coming around he asked to just go up and down our street, which we did (got him in costume) then he came back, took off most his costume, and sat on the couch with freezer pops and Nightmare before Christmas! DS4 went around a few blocks too, but he loves handing out candy as well, so he did that. We didn't have school today (grading day) but I am keeping both home tomorrow as well -- so only one day out of school -- because both have coughs, runny noses, slight fevers, etc. Thank goodness for Mother-in-laws!

So you will be scheming for your summer vacation and December will be here before we all know it! :thumbsup2

In the meantime I am enjoying your TR one dragonberry colada at a time popcorn::

I haven't been to LeCellier either but I really want to go. That cheese soup looks really good!

Hmmmm...Cheddar Cheese Soup from Canada...what I would give to have one of those right now!! Its a chilly night down here in Florida and that would warm me right up!! Yes you must do Le Cellier...I know you would love it!

I'm all caught up, and let me just say, I don't care what is in those Dragon Berry Coladas......I think I may be in love just LOOKING at them!!!! They have Jen written all over them!!! I am so proud of you for embibing in so many of them on my behalf!! ;)

I knew with just one taste of that Cheddar Soup, LeCellier would have two new fans!!! JUST WAIT until you eat there.....with the pretzel bread.....and the mushroom risotto.....OH MY!!!!! My mouth is watering!

So LeCellier for that summer 2010 trip one ADR selected, right CP?

It was a bit rough in middle school today, too -- must have been the combination of candy and the full moon.

Both were delicious!

Poor DSs!!! I haven't taken Chelsea's temp yet this morning, but if she still has a fever, she will be staying home another day.

Yes, the holidays always fly by! :goodvibes

Mmmmm....dragonberry!

So what was that salmon dish? It look so yummy!

There was a maple glaze on the salmon and then there was a cold lentil and corn salad underneath.

I haven't been to LeCellier either but I really want to go. That cheese soup looks really good!

If the cheese soup we had is anything like the cheese soup at Le Cellier, then I could make a meal out of just that!

Hmmmm...Cheddar Cheese Soup from Canada...what I would give to have one of those right now!! Its a chilly night down here in Florida and that would warm me right up!! Yes you must do Le Cellier...I know you would love it!

It was a chilly night here in Georgia, too. I guess it really and truly is almost winter.

Le Cellier will be the first ADR I am trying for when it's time!

I hope you make it through the rest of the day.....;) Oh didn't you take naps though?

Those naps were invaluable to us -- I know we wouldn't have made it through the night otherwise. :rotfl:

They were lovely -- and delicious! Glad I could have a couple for you, too.

I knew with just one taste of that Cheddar Soup, LeCellier would have two new fans!!! JUST WAIT until you eat there.....with the pretzel bread.....and the mushroom risotto.....OH MY!!!!! My mouth is watering!

I can't wait to try the famous pretzel bread!!! :cloud9:

Mmmmm cheddar cheese soup! I'm fighting off a cold right now, and that sounds so good.

Disney included the recipe in the Festival cookbook so I think I am going to have to try it sometime.

I hope you feel better soon! :goodvibes

mmmm.....I love that soup!

It was so yummy!

So LeCellier for that summer 2010 trip one ADR selected, right CP?

Right! (Actually, we have all of our ADRs picked except one. ;))

Hmmmmm...3 Dragon Berry Coladas makes CP a happy girl??!! LOL

Yep. Actually since the first two were earlier in the day, the effects had worn off. :rotfl:

The pretzel bread, dipped in the soup = bliss :cloud9:

Yep!

We have to go back to LeCellier sometime when I am hungry. The one time I ate there I wasn't at all hungry, so it was good, but not really appreciated as much as it should have been. The pretzel bread dipped in the soup, though, is a fond memory of that visit. :thumbsup2

I had really wanted to try the steak there, but now I fear Kona has spoiled me for any steak anywhere ever again.

Mmm, dragon berry and cheddar cheese soup!! did Charles regret giving up Teppan Edo for it? Le Cellier has an awesome reputation for a reson!! Everyone always raves about the pretzel breadsticks but they also have a multi-grain which I thought was amazing!

Glad you enjoyed your taste :thumbsup2
