Shades to Poly ?

We are staying at the Poly before our Disney Cruise, but we added a day before at Shades of Green. Does anyone know if Shades will move your luggage, etc. to the Poly like the other "Disney" resorts do?

There is a luggage desk in the main lobby right next to where you check in and you could ask them when you arrive. I suspect they might not since Shades of Green is not an "official" Disney resort like the Poly, Grand Floridian, etc .

I was told no by Disney but when I called SOG the desk clerk asked if I had spoken to bell services. I said no, just reservations. She said to talk to the bellmen, that it's done all the time. I didn't have to find out, we'd had major bus problems and, to make up for it, the co. that runs the buses sent a van to move us to POR for free.
