Sew much to do, sew little time - but it was worth it! New PTR link posted! ~~~~~~~~~

WOW!!!!! Such an incredible set!!!!!!

I am in awe of your applique skills.:worship: I've been sewing up a storm for my trip with my youngest and am quite envious of your ability. I just need to finish up the elastic on a couple of skirts and then hope to post some photos. And then I think I better PACK!!!!:scared1:

Sorry I've fallen behind our your TR-been crazy sewing and work remains insane. I'm so ready for this trip.

Sent you a PM about the silhouette. Would love to do it for you and your family!

:worship: D~ I love everything! and Marianne, what a great job on the wallet! Beth is a lucky lady and so deserves all this beautiful pixie dust!!!

next up :confused3 who know's, you have so many friends who all love you!

I have some guesses, but will keep it to myself.....for now :rolleyes1

D~, those colors are perfect for Belle. And all the accessories are perfect. Great way to use the other characters.

:worship: WOW... I love that bag. It is amazing.:cloud9: And is that Belle fabric peaking out in the eyeglass case?

And Marianne did an awesome job with Belle.

V is in love with MP!!!

V is in love with me....:rotfl2: Oops you meant Marry Poppins not my initials :rolleyes1

WOW!! That is an amazing set!!! Haven't posted here but loving your trip report!!

D~. I am in total Awe of your talents! Fantastic job on the set.:)

Fabulous Belle bag and great that Marianne could help you out. I suppose you couldn't really ask Beth for help on her own bag :rotfl: Once you photobucket is bag up I'd love it if you would post a collage of all the bags you've done so far.

And Beth is a sweetie -- she is making a bow to coordinate with a BG dress I just made (BTW Beth, I posted a pic of the finished dress on the BG site, though I think you got the jest of the colors from the unassembled pic I posted).

That cracked me up!!

D~ LOVED your wonderful update, the peacefulness of the predawn report was captured PERFECTLY in your photos! Thanks for sharing.

Praying Alli feel better, no one else gets sick and your day at work is PEACEFUL, so you can catch up!

Thank you Judy - I am so ready for my 7 days off in a row... I have so much on my list that I need to get done!

All caught up on your lastest editions. We love SSE but it brings back bad memories of poor DS getting sick all over DH on that ride last year

ITA about POFQ and loved seeing all the pictures. It is such a quaint little resort.

I have still have 2010 & 2011 to scrapbook. At this rate I might just combine this year too and do them all together.

Awww... Poor DS.

Yah - we love POFQ...

You'd better get to scrapbooking... I gave up on that over a decade ago. I couldn't handle the mess. :confused3

sounds like Alli is feeling better if she wants a dole whip!!!
hope today goes quick...yay for being off a whole week!

Yah - I just LOLed at her... What a nice "subtle" hint. :rolleyes1

I want a dole whip with a large shot of RUM in it.

ROFLMAO!!! Chiara - you are too funny!

A Dole whip would be good; but, I used to LOVE these..

T.G.I. Fridays Orange Dream Blenders. Just buy, pour in blender with ice...ENJOY!

Judy - I have had these before - I think I have a bottle of one of the flavors in my fridge right now... My ultimate favorite in the summer time is TGIFridays Mudslides - I think that was the first one they made, and the rest have been added? I dunno - but they are all delish!

What an awesome set!! You have outdone yourself! Just beautiful!

Thanks Stephanie! :lovestruc

The bags are just BEAUTIFUL!!!. What a nice thing to do. I'm sure she was thrilled! All of your bows for your trip were so nice.

Thanks Ruth - I think she was pretty thrilled. :cloud9:

That set is just gorgeous and it sounds like it's perfect for your friend! You are awesome with the PD!

Thanks Kim... I love doing PD - the problem now, is squishing it in between my other orders.

That is a gorgeous set! So fun And Marianne's Belle is just beautiful

Thanks Suzi... Yes Marianne did a super awesome job on Belle... and it was just so nice of her to offer to help me out - she does great PD too!

WOW! What else is there to say

Thanks Lynn!

Wow, what an amazing set! Everything is so beautiful. I love the colour of the bag. What a nice thing to do!

Thanks Loree! Yes, I loved the color too... It looks really nice (I personally think so anyways) with the yellow stitching.

Ok d on a note from your PTR, which I am still reading before your TR. someone suggested a Mary poppins for an AG dress and I must agree, if you make it I will buy it!!!! That is if you haven't made it already! V is in love with MP!!!

I love that you are reading my PTR Nanny (I don't think I know your first name yet?)... I miss my PTR so much - it's like an ol' friend. Hmmm... A Mary Poppins dress... That is a great idea! It might be a long while before I get to it, but it sounds like a fun one! :lovestruc

Thank you for everything B! I really can't wait to see what you've been sewing! And you NEED to pack!

No worries about my TR, it's a part time job for me to keep up with it... :surfweb:

And thank you so much for the silhouette offer - that was just so kind of you. I did email you a couple pictures of Rufus.

Safe travels my friend and may lots of Pixie Dust fall into your path. :thumbsup2

D~ I love everything! and Marianne, what a great job on the wallet! Beth is a lucky lady and so deserves all this beautiful pixie dust!!!

next up who know's, you have so many friends who all love you!

I have some guesses, but will keep it to myself.....for now

Lisa - you are so funny... I bet you know exactly who I am thinking? :rolleyes1 You have a way with reading my mind! LOL

Beautiful! You are so talented, I love it!

Awww... Thank you Danielle!

D~, those colors are perfect for Belle. And all the accessories are perfect. Great way to use the other characters.

Thanks Jenn... It was such a fun set to do... I especially loved doing Cogsworth and Lumiere - they aren't done very often, so it was really cool.

WOW... I love that bag. It is amazing. And is that Belle fabric peaking out in the eyeglass case?

And Marianne did an awesome job with Belle.

Thanks Michelle! Yes, that is Belle peeking out of the sunglasses case... I used princess fabric for inside the bag (I totally forgot to take pics of the inside... Maybe Beth will do that for me?), but I did my best to centrally locate Belle as much as I could - unfortunately - most of the time, it meant I was showcasing Snow White as well. LOL

D!!! Those B&B presents are awesome!!!

Thanks Tink! It was so much fun - I love to Pixie Dust! The hard part, is soooo many people deserve it, and I wish I could do everyone...

Totally in love with the Belle Set. You are the bestest.

Thanks Chiara! It was super fun to make! And so hard to keep my mouth shut!

WOW!! That is an amazing set!!! Haven't posted here but loving your trip report!!

Welcome Sandra!!! So glad you stopped by! Thank you so much! :lovestruc

D~. I am in total Awe of your talents! Fantastic job on the set.:)

Thank you Sheila! I am so glad to see you here!

Ditto....

I am continually impressed by both your talent and kindness!

Nini

Awww... Thanks Nini! I was glad to see in your PTR yesterday that there has been some progress with your Grand Princess' foot... Continued prayers coming your way.

Yesterday was a bit crazy... I had to leave work (again) and bring Alli a pair of pants to school... she was squatting down, and split them! :faint: So, of course - work barely wanted to let me leave - Hello??? She is a 14 y/o, she can't walk around with her bum-bum hanging out of her pants! Grrr.... So, she requested a pair of black jeans (since that's what she was wearing - and she loves them)... the only black jeans we had at Target were $30!!! GULP!!!! I HATE paying full price for Target clothes.... I know, there is worse out there - but they always wash up wonky - that the fit is always a bit strange (except their basic tees, those are very nice)... So, of course, I pick her up from school yesterday (after work) and she tells me they are too big in the waist and bum-bum, tight every where else... She won't wear them - a TOTAL waste of $30. Grrrr....

:offtopic: I worked all day, doing crappy work... I knew they were going to do this to me when we got the new lab. I've been trying really hard to be nice and helpful, because - despite the fact that I don't like this portion of my job - I truly enjoy working with my co-workers. So, I do my best to have a good atttitude. Besides, reviews are coming up... Not that I care - really - I don't. Target is a huge company with a huge profit margin, but they ONLY give raises once a year (that's it!) and I have earned top marks every year, and the largest raise I've ever received is a quarter... So, yah... It's really not worth it - IMO.

I worked on another bag for a little while last night... I just need to get it assembled today, and take some pictures. Then I plan to start my next order.

I am hoping to do another update sometime today... I have the pics ready to go. :lovestruc

Have a great day everyone!

D~

Sorry work was a bummer.

I can't wait to see your next creation.

I cut 2 skirts out yesterday one was for a big give and the other is for the sneak peek I posted the other day.

I also have a couple other ideas I want to work on but have some orders that I must work on.

Even though they frowned on your leaving, it's a good thing you were able to! Retail is such a different ball game than other jobs.

When I had a miscarriage dh wasn't able to leave his job until someone was able to come in and replace him. Thank goodness I go to a church where people are more than willing to help out. I made one phone call and within minutes someone was there to take Grumpy to school and someone else to take me to the doc. Others actually brought us meals. Wonderful people!

Too bad the jeans didn't fit well. Are you able to take them in where they are too big?

The set is fabulous! You both did outstanding work as usual.
anxious to see your next bag too

I wanted to give you all a quick MM update, since he is growing so fast...

We had him into the vet on April 13th for his shots... He weighed 20.4 lbs! He's a growin' boy!

Then, I took him into the vet last friday - just to socialize him... He weighed 27.2 lbs!! That is a whopping 7 lbs in just 2 weeks! I cannot believe how fast he is growing.

He is also a very smart boy. I have not enrolled him in classes, because he seems to be doing quite well on his own (however, he still has issues with listening to the girls).

Maxy knows... Sit, stay, shake, lay down, treat (he knows this one best - LOL), "go potty outside"... We use "treat" a lot to get him to come (thanks Nini for that tip)... He is such a quick learner!

Anyways, on to the part you've been waiting for... pictures...

This is Max in front of the table that I have a picture of him sitting on that bottom shelf - just 6 weeks ago...

Cuddling on Alli's lap after a bath:

In the bin I purchased for shoes, since he has that addiction - they are now stored in the living room, behind the gate.

Victoria and MM posing for a picture:

And I had to add a photo of the blanket that Victoria made (and purchased the fabric with her own babysitting money) for one of the neighbor girls for her birthday... Isn't it adorable... I told her I wanted one - she proceeded to tell me that I had to buy my own fabric, because that was expensive. LOL

Puppies grow fast LOL.

I love that blanket that V made. What a fabulous fabric choice.

Lisa - you are so funny... I bet you know exactly who I am thinking? :rolleyes1 You have a way with reading my mind! LOL

its because I'm psycho....I mean psychic LOL

D~

bummer about the pants not fitting...

max is getting so big!

love the blanket...the fabric looks so soft and pretty!

know your review will be great and hope you get a decent raise this year!!
