We are "probably" going to MK one day on the way from beach vacation July 7th. Assume we don't buy tickets until we get there, is it still possible to get Fast Passes to the major attractions like before, or did all that change with the MB and FP+. I just don't want my kids to be disappointed if we get there and can't get on that darn mine train they keep advertising.

Do we even need a Magic Band for one day?

If I did buy the tickets now for July 7th, would there still be FP+ options left? Was not sure if there was a max per day. Did not want to buy the tickets now if it would be worthless in getting FP loaded to it.

1. Not the same, but day-of FP (as FP+) is still possible.

2. Yup. You make 3 FP+ reservations at one of the kiosks in each of the theme parks.

4. MagicBands are not necessary for much of anything .
You can do all with just a regular park ticket.

3. THAT is going to be a bit sticky, however.
I recommend that, if you do not buy your tickets IN ADVANCE and make FP+ for the
Mine Train IN ADVANCE... that you arrive at MK at least 45 minutes (or more) before
the park opening time and go directly to the Mine Train when they open the gates.

5. Likely plenty. (Mine Train and Elsa and Anna ("Frozen Princesses Meet") would be the first to go.)

6. 3 ADVANCE FP+ per person, per day. Then, 1 additional (at a time) with no limits, the day-of after your first 3 have
come due.

You will need to have tickets linked to get a FP+ for the Mine Train.
They may or may not be available the same day. Maybe someone with tickets for that date could check to see if any are available for you?
Your other option would be to get there at rope drop and head right there.:)

well, I checked on MDE app for a party of three (that's how many are currently loaded in my profile) & it stated no FP+ were available for 7DMT on July 7th - standby only.

sorry

but to answer the other ? you can go onto MDE & create a profile if you don't already have one & purchase tickets (will automatically load to your account) then choose FP+ for other available rides/entertainment.

once you arrive onsite you might be able to get FP+ if some1 cancels w/ a equal or larger party size

Thank you!!!!! This is exactly what I was afraid of. :(

We will have a 3 hour drive to get there, so there is no way we will make rope drop. :(

This is very helpful, thank you!
