Ok, I am sure this aired a while ago, but I just caught the rerun and what a great message it had from Barry Watson (who plays her brother Matt). When his sister was getting cold feet, Matt (who is a doctor) reminded her of people he encountered, who don't get a second chance at their shot at happiness because of ill health/death. The actor himself was gravely ill this year and has made a remarkable recovery. Seeing how the show made it "him" to remind her of how precious life is, really made it hit home.
An important message for us all. Don't put off doing or saying the important things to people, you may not get that second chance.

its pop daddy, and thank you Shannon

Very true, CC. We should also never forget that if we use hurtful words they may be the last words we speak to someone.

Not everyone wakes in the morning and then you can't make it better :(

how about p. diddy?? I really like 7th Heeaven and thought that was good too.

We should all remember that, CC. Sometimes we keep putting of saying we care, or sending a hug, or just talking and then it is to late. Thanks for reminding me today...Someone I care about will get a nice call today :)

BTW, Barry Watson is recovering from Hodgkin's Disease. :)

Thanks, Steve. I was too tired last night to do a search to see what it was. He looks good though and it is great that he is doing so well!

Hi,

I just saw your post about this show. I asked DD if she watched it ever (I don't watch much tv) and the episode just happned to be showing and just started!

Great show. Have to catch more reruns.

herc.

I got all misty when Barry Watson said his spiel, because you knew it was really from his heart. I'm such a sap! :)

Thanks for the link, Steve. Very interesting. I was wondering what course of treatment he used, but glad that whichever it was, it seems to have been successful.
