"Seven Seven 07" 20070707-11 Night Mediterranean Cruise

Thanks for the list DadofLostBoys... I hope they held some back for us first timers? The one I wanted in Rome is not shown :sad2: . Did you check out Palermo? I hope they aren't all taken in Marseilles?

I noticed that whatever ports we have booked no longer come up available when I search for tours. If I canceled a tour, more would become available under My cruise plans and excursions in that particular port. We don't have one booked in Barcelona or Monte Carlo, and I get available tours for those ports when I search for excursions in "all ports." I canceled our Pisa tour to see if VIP Pisa had miraculously become available and it went from "none available" to the list Dad of Lost boys previously listed. I think that there are still tours available in Marseille and Barcelona, but maybe Dad of Lost Boys has tours booked there? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

MJ-I can't tell what's available in Palermo since we have one tour booked and it said it was very limited so I am afraid to cancel and check. Can a CC member that hasn't booked in Palermo check what's available for MJ?

I am sure that is probably the case. I have booked:
The Chocolate Museum
Mysterious Palermo
La Cinta Beach
Palace of the Popes & Les Baux
Highlights of Monaco and Top Car Museum.

I'm pretty sure only those excursions that do not conflict with what I reserved would show up. I am doing private tours for Naples, Rome, and La Spezia, so those list should be accurate.

We're getting closer!

Ciao,

John

Here's what I get for Palo's:

Dinner Thursday, July 12, 2007 Day 6 - Civitavecchia, Italy (Rome)
Dinner Saturday, July 14, 2007 Day 8 - La Spezia, Italy (Florence, Pisa)
Dinner Monday, July 16, 2007 Day 10 - Villefranche, France (Monte Carlo, Cannes, Nice)

Ciao,

John

aloha everybody:cool1: :thumbsup2 :lmao:
Anybody staying at the Atena Mar Hotel in Barcelona before the cruise? We'll be in Barcelona 2 days prior to the cruise. Maybe we could all get together and have drink ot two to celebrate our luck Triple 7 cruise. We can get to meet as many people before the cruise so we won't be strangers when we see each other on the ship.
We can exchange info on our excursion and any tibbits that would help everyone experience a great cruise.

We are! :wave2:

We leave DC area from Dulles on the evening of the 3rd and arrive London at 7 am on the 4th where we are spending 2 nights at the Hilton Metropole near Paddington Station. We've got tickets to see Mary Poppins that evening (children tickets 1/2 price, 2 per adult) and are thinking of seeing either We Will Rock You (DW saw it before and really liked it and said she would see it again) or Little Shop of Horrors. A really good website for London Theatre is theatremonkey.com. I would've like to see Fiddler on the Roof, but couldn't talk them into it!

We fly BA out of Heathrow on Friday the 6th at 9ish and arrive Barcelona around Noonish. The only plans we have so far is the DCL excursion to the Chocolate Museum on Sat. I know our hotel is accross the street from the beach, I'm sure we'll hit that for a little bit, but other than walking around downtown, I'm not sure what we're going to do. I was trying to find someplace for dinner that is not too $$ and family friendly where maybe a group can get together.

Ciao, :wave2:

Welcome to all the new cruisers, Do we have a current list of our total number of cruisers now???

Did we ever start a thread for our Kids? Our kids DS 10, DD 10 (yes they are twins:) ), and DD 5, were wondering.

I noticed some people already have there staterooms. Is that through Disney? We haven't heard from our TA yet?

When can we call to find out what movies will be playing on the cruise?

Hoping for Harry Potter on the cruise!! :goodvibes

Check My Disney Cruise on the DCL website. I found our stateroom listed there, even though our paperwork doesn't show it.

Haven't seen a kids thread. We have two girls, DD9  & DD7 princess:

Anybody cruising with a Boy Scout? Anybody cruising who is a lacemaker?

We'll be at the Atenea as well (looking forward to the beach as well). We'll actually be there 4 days prior to the Magic - wanted to really see the town. We'll be on the lookout for good family restaraunts - following reccomendations of Rick Steves at first (just because he's a local and he's great). If I can get on a computer I'll post some updates from there .... but I'm going anti-tech myself ... no computer, no cell, no anything with batteries!

Same thing happens with onboard events, FYI .... you only see openings that don't conflict with other reservations. Spa also .... I guess you gotta go for first choice and wait till everybody goes through the buffet before you get seconds!
