Seven Dwarfs Mine Train FP+ Opening

I just replaced our Mermaid fast pass with the 7DMT fast pass. The 3 fast passes still show up under 'my reservations & tickets', but when I click on the 'update' button, it says 'we're sorry, no one in your party has any fast passes to update' (or something like it).

Then they are there and you are fine. I had that error a bunch of times and then they showed up. No worries!
 
Eek! All of my old fast passes for May 28th are not even showing up anymore. I booked the Mine Train earlier this morning. Can someone reassure me that this is just a glitch? They're really still there??

I am having somewhat of the same problem for my 5/28 FP selections. I can see our FP+ that I made in MDE under "My Reservations and Tickets", but when I went to click on update (wanted to see what other times were available), it said that I have no FP+ selected for this date. I am really hoping that this is a glitch because not only do I have SDMT, but I have A&E booked for that date too. I will be really upset if I lost both of those FP+ selections.

Thank you, you eased my mind too (I really need to remember to read all of the posts before replying :lmao:). A little side note, since I was at work this morning, I was unable to make the FP+ for SDMT when I found out that we could start booking, so I called DH to get online and do it. He said it took him 3 hours to even get in because the server was down (he kept refreshing). When he finally could get in, he was able to change out our Space Mountain FP+, however it said that there was an error and to please try again after he hit submit. So, when I got home, I went logged onto MDE and was able to see the FP+ that he was trying to make on our Reservations and Tickets, but like I said before when I clicked on update, it said I had no FP+ selected for that date. Very weird.

It is just a glitch. I had this happen to me earlier today, right before the servers crashed, and it later corrected itself. After the system came back up, the FP+ were showing and I could click on one to update and it let me make the change.

Thank you so much, I am feeling much better now. I guess I should of expected that once Disney released the opening date for SDMT, the server was going to crash :sad2:.

When the screen came up to select the time I kept getting an error that it couldn't process my request at this time. I jumped over to my DH PC and logged onto the site and went into my reservations and my change and FP for the SDMT was there!! :banana::yay:

Mine was doing that too. I did get my 7DMT first thing this morning as soon as they were available, but tried to switch some other times this afternoon and kept getting that glitch. As soon as I went to the reservations, my changes were there. :cool1:

Omg.....SOOOOOOO bummed.......we are leaving may 28th and I was planning magic kingdom for the 27th in hopes this would be open. Oh well....maybe we'll get a soft opening
 
Managed to grab FP+'s, but because of glitchy system, my party of three got separated. Now we have two for one time, and one for another; been trying to get them consolidated all morning but, so far, no luck.

With the server (currently) down, I'm stuck. What annoys most is that I was up at 4:00 a.m. local time to be ready for the EST opening at 7:30-ish, but there was nothing available at first and so, half-asleep, I went back to bed. I should have stayed up! Interested in hearing everyone else's issues.

I think it may well be done, but not showing up. I had the same. I switched BTMR for 7DMT earlier today on one of our days. It kept showing that it was updating but the screen never progressed. I thought it just wasn't working and opened the app on my phone, not wanting to disturb the browser in process. My MDE showed only 2 FP's for that day. I closed the tab and opened MDE and logged in again and it showed 7DMT with the other 2 FP's. I can't see anything now as it won't let me back in but it did pretty much what yours did, yet seems like it was successful.
 
I want to vomit. We are 5/10 - 5/17.

Sorry! I was hoping for an earlier opening as well. We arrive (late) 5/25 and stay till the end of the week; that limits our window to try and get passes. It's rough right now.
 
After many attempts throughout the day, with many system crashes on MDE, I GOT IT! Finally, I have booked a FP+ for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train for our week visit in late June. YES! Revel in a final opening date and availability of FP+ on MDE.
 
I am not seeing ANYTHING for either June 1 or June 6. It is blacked out as "standby." Could they possibly be out this fast or do you think they are deliberately holding some back?
 
After wrestling with the site and app for a good 3 hours I got FP+ for my DH & I for June 19.

I wanted to replace Peter Pan with it but accidentally replaced Big Thunder. It took me more time to fix that than to get the FPs for the day I wanted. The app kept telling me I don't have any FPs for that day. Ugh. Why does it have to be so glitchy?
 
Honestly, I've had very little problems with fast pass...until NOW! :( I booked fast passes for my friends at exactly 60 days before their trip. I went back in to verify them, and two of them are messed up. One little girl in the family is booked with the boys on Peter Pan instead of Enchanted Tales with the other girls! I KNOW I didn't do that. There is no more availability at Enchanted Tales that day to move her to the correct fast pass. Can technical help do anything?????? It just won't work the way it is now!
