Seven Dwarfs Mine Train FP+ Opening

I really hope they get this crap figured out before I arrive tomorrow. I've been trying all morning to rearrange some stuff for tomorrow but NOTHING is showing up EXCEPT my FP's. I can get to the screen to change, but it tells me no one in my party is eligible for FP's since I have no tickets showing up. What a PITA:/ I'm not a fan of the new system to begin with although I get that it's here to stay and am working with it, but these system failures should not be happening. Forcing a system that isn't ready to handle the traffic on people is a recipe for disaster. They never should've removed legacy FP until they had the infrastructure in place to handle the demand.

I just got my fastpass for 6/30. Once you get through like another poster said do not click try again. Go out of that page and go to the resrvation/tickets page. I was able to switch a fastpass for the train.

We stopped using the app on our phones completely; website only, and not changing a thing even when we're in the park. I just do not trust the MDE app! It keeps omitting family and changes the number of them and its different on our 3 phones. . Now with the SDMT madness I'm not touching a thing! Lol just gonna go with the flow and have a great time!

The app did not work at all for me. It took lots of time and playing around to get the website to work. I think it is still glitching quite a bit. Keep trying!!

I am thinking it might. The opening could draw out a lot of locals who have spent 2 1/2 years watching it be built and want to ride it opening day. it is also right after memorial day so people might extend their trip by a day or 2 so they can ride it.

10:51 CST. Still can't get in.

Was able to get FP+ 5 minutes later for 6/5. Just changed to SDMT for 6/1. Yippee! Showing up on MDE website, not on APP. i booked through website, the Reservations Link.

Try again later it may just be freezing up. It is not working right today. I had to try several times and finally got one on the 28th but when I went back in to see if I could change my time like 3 minutes later it said none available . They couldnt of all went that fast because when I booked the first one 3 minutes before there were all kinds of times left.

This is so frustrating...I was able to change one of my FPs to the ride then I go back to the itinerary it shows the old ride. When I go to change it, it shows 7DMT. ugh. That is when i can actually get it to show anything. I'm hoping the FP+ is confirmed.

Was just able to secure 4 FP's for SDMT on May 29th, our last day in the parks. It was very slow and I repeatedly refreshed but I finally got it.

Just off the phone with tech support. System shows three members of our party have mine train but not giving me the option to change the fourth person. Tech support said not to believe anything I see for several hours. He said the fact that it showed a mine train fp was positive but didn't mean I actually had it. He said not to put too much stock into anything we see for several hours. Yikes. Somehow he was able to maintain his upbeat and positive attitude on the call. There's some Mickey Magic in that. For fp, we just have to wait a few hours... thought I'd let everyone know.

Btw, wait on the phone was only 15 minutes. I suppose not really being able to say much keeps the calls short. Good luck everyone!

I was able to get in about 20 minutes ago. What I did was went to my main page, where it shows your plans for each day. I was able to edit my plans, modify a single fastpass+ and change the attraction. Then I could go in an adjust times. I wasn't having any luck going through the fastpass+ link. That kept saying either the website was down or I didn't have any ticket media.
Finally, after several frustrating hours (obviously not continuous- I did have to get some work done today) I got my fastpasses for the mine train. Don't give up! MANY times were available from May 29th- June 2nd.
