I'm starting to worry! :( We're going to Disney in just 17 days for our land and sea honeymoon and we still haven't gotten our docs yet!! We booked through AAA back in November and payed off the entire trip in full a few months later. I was wondering if there's someone I should call, either disney direct or AAA (although I doubt AAA could do anything for us). Or is it still too early to panic? This will be me and my new hubby's first vacation on our own, and I'm just really starting to worry because we haven't received any docs or confirmations from disney, nor have we received our airplane tickets! :worried:

Don't worry DCL advises that you will have your docs 10-14 days prior to your travel date. However, most people do receive them prior to this date.

Since you booked with AAA, your docs will be sent to AAA. So it is best to call AAA.

This is nothing to stress over.

Did you get your excursion information at around the 60 day mark? If not, then I would be worried too. If you got your excursion information, I would take that to mean you are clearly in their system, and would give them a couple more days before calling.

We sail on the Magic August 21st, and we still haven't received our docs yet either. Many others that are on our cruise have recieved their docs, so my DW called Disney the other day, we were told that our docs were prepared last Thursday and that they were being sent out on Friday. We are hoping to have them today.

Last year we sailed on August 23rd, and we received our docs on July 30th.

Excursion info? We never recieved anything like that!! :worried:

I never received my excursion info, but recieved my docs at least 1-2 weeks ago, (life is a blur lately). I would call and check, this is for the 3 day on 8/19, we booked through Coscto.

disneymooner ~ The excursion info will only be sent to you if you booked an excursion previously. So don't panic about not getting it. I'm sure your documents will come soon.

My DW called DCL again this morning and we were given a UPS tracking number for our docs package, I just checked the UPS website and our docs are scheduled for delivery today. Our UPS truck is usually around our area between 1 and 2 in the afternoon.

we are on the same cruise!!.....but I just got my documents yesterday morning... I was not going to get worried until the 1st...and I didn't get excursion papers either....nor did i book one either....so relax give it another day or two and get ready for a magical time !!!

Really? I didn't know that. What if you wanted to get into a popular excursion and you are a first time cruiser? Without the information you might miss out on being able to sign up. That's really too bad. I would think everyone should get their excursion information. I booked mine at the 60 day mark already for our September cruise.

Not only did our docs come in, but we were also given an upgrade from a cat 9 cabin to a cat 5 cabin!!!

Thank you all so much... I'll wait until the end of this week and if I don't get them by then I will call them...

Does anyone have the disney cruise line phone number, just so I'll have it in case they don't come by then... I think I'm going to also called AAA just to see it they might know when they'll arrive.

This is the number my DW called today 800-511-9444

Verandah Man, let me be the first to congratulate you on your 4 category upgrade to a veranda!! If anyone deserves this it is you. Have a great cruise!!

The number I called when we were worried about our docs was 1-800-511-1333. We had also booked through AAA but this number was a DCL rep and she was able to help us track them. She also gave us the 800 number for the airlines so we could get our seat assignments. Very nice and super friendly lady!!

Good luck getting your doc soon. The DCL rep said as long as they have you in their computer system it wouldn't mater if you didn't have your docsin hand until you arrived at the port (But I DID NOT want to wait until then!!! And I bet you feel the same way too !!!)::yes::

I'll second that!

We got an excursion booklet and price guide for our 8/28 Magic cruise about 4 weeks ago. We have never done an excursion either but we got the info. I would hope they would send them to everyone, especially since it would be more $$$$'s for them!!!

We received an excursion booklet in the mail for our August 2003 cruise, but no excursion booklet for this year's cruise. I'm wondering if we didn't get one because we are going to San Juan instead of St. Maarten.

Thank you all again for easing my mind!! My fiance called AAA today and it turns out our docs arrived this morning, so we were able to go down to AAA and pick them up. Also because we did this our travel agent was able to sit and talk to us about each thing that is included in the docs packet (since we are first time cruisers and travelers, lol!!!) and how to go about getting our airfare and finding our transfers!! :hyper: That's one HUGE worry I can now put behind me!!
