Service Your Way Program?

I recently saw someone mention about a Service Your Way program where if you're staying inside a Disney Resort Hotel you can opt out of room service and Disney will give you a $10.00 gift card each night? How exactly does this work? For example,

1. Do you have to opt out the whole time you're there or can you pick and choose which days?
2. How and when do you receive your Disney Gift Card?
3. If you opt out, do you just pile up the towels in your hotel room or does someone come by to get the items?
4. If we need more towels or soap, etc., would we just let the front desk know?

Any information would be greatly appreciated, especially those who have experience with this service. We are going to be staying at the Pop Century Resort.

1. Has to be for the whole stay.
2. Via email about 10 minutes after you let them know at the Front Desk.
3. Most people either drop them in the bins by the pool or give them to a housekeeper.
4. Call housekeeping.

You can't do it at DVC villas or deluxe resorts.
