I just returned from 9 days at WDW. becuase of staying at Dolphin(great internet rate) wasn't eligible for the dining plan. Besides 1 somewhat difficult experience(wrote about in different post) at O'hana everything else went ok. The one thing I did notice was what I felt was "bland/average " service and people being rushed in and out. When I'm at disney i expect and usually get/see superior service; however this trip It seemed like it wasn't. I'm not saying i had /saw bad service it just seemed to me that the servers "mailed it in" . What I mean is that they know the 18% gratuity was already in hand and there was really no need to go the extra mile to earn a good tip becuase they knew what they were getting. If anything I think they helped to rush many people through there meals so they could turn the table over and get the next dining plan 18% tip table in. With most TS places full/over booked due to dining plan I saw many people being like A CAR AT AN ASSEMBLY PLANT being pushed through /turned out as fast as possible by robot/servers.
