Server Hangup errors

I seem to be getting an increasing number of "Server Hangup" errors navigating the forums lately. Is it just me? Also sometimes I'll reply to a post, hit 'Post Reply' and I get a small moving indicator in the upper right of the reply area that doesn't go away and the post never happens. Sometimes I can copy and paste it again
