Seriously Confused re: dolphin excursion

Has anyone done both the dolphin encounter and the dolphin swim?

If so, is the dolphin swim worth the extra money?

I love dolphins and don't mind spending the money. I just don't know a lot about the differences. I just know that DCL only offers the encounter and you have to go through www.dolphinswims.com for the swim. (Thanks to a previous thread)

Hey, I have not done either of these excursions, but I read a totally EXCELLENT review of the Dolphin Swim on another site. If you haven't read this, it is a must read for those making up their minds!

In the movie Island in the Sun the Olsen twins do the dolphin swim in the Bahamas. I am not sure how acurate of a representation it is of the actual excursion but it might give you some idea. It is also a good movie, if you have younger girls like myself, to get the kids excited about the trip to the Bahamas.
