Just received my PH passes and I remember a few people who mentioned writing down/photocopying the back of the passes.

Exactly what numbers are the important ones, b/c these 2 passes are IDENTICAL except for 1 number. (???) I see the bar code at the top, but there are no numbers directly above or below it.

Thanks!

Oh great...are you gonna tell me I got "bad" passes? I bought them from someone I know work with - they are park hoppers with leftover days on them. Not sure where she bought them from...

no, I wasnt going to say that
I was going to say that If you got them at the Disney Store (hard plastic ones that are either blue or orange), they give you a 2nd receipt with all the info you on them (which is another advantage of getting them there)
Also, most of the time with you buy passes together, the numbers may be in order like yours are.

We noticed the same thing when we bought our armed forces salute PHs at MK last month. I'd heard the tip about photocopying/writing down the serial numbers, and since we obviously didn't have a photocopier right there, I just copied down ALL the numbers on the backs of the tickets and we kept the receipt.

If you can Xerox your PHs before your trip I'd say definitely do that.

HappyMommy-
So your tickets didnt really seem to have an "obvious" serial number? Mine have a time/date and price, and the other numbers are a couple groups of a short series of numbers (same on both tickets). The only difference between the two is ONE number (like 445 and 446).
I plan on photocopying them, but I was a little worried that they didnt seem to have a serial # on them....

Thanks for the help

Riley,

That's exactly how ours are. There is a 3-letter code followed by two or three numbers; only one number is different on each ticket.
I guess that is the "serial number."

Have a good time!

we purchased ours through Ticket Mania and I paniced, too, since there didn't seem to be a "regular" serial number. Mary at MouseSavers said it was there and go ahead and copy them :)

The bummer with these are they they are not plastic... Oh well...
