September trip - Universal crowd question

Use curious what we should expect for crowd level last week of September? Around the 19th? Also, we are looking forward to the Harry Potter area. Any great newbie treads on the H.P area? Thanks!

With the new HP area it's hard to predict

But last year we came sept 15 and had the parks to ourselves

I will be arriving in Orlando on 9/19 and staying at Royal Pacific. I expect it to be crowded because 9/19 is the opening for Halloween Horror Nights. Universal Studios closes at 5:00 P.M. for the event and Diagon Alley will not be open for HHN, therefore Diagon Alley will probably be crowded that day.
