September/October planning

My sister and I are going to DL at end of September/early October. We know that most of our days will be spent at DL and Cal Adv. We would also like to visit Universal Studios, do we need to buy front of the line passes for this time of year? Thanks for any help with this. I am sure I will have many more questions coming up.

I visited Universal Hollywood middle of last September. You do not need front of the line. We walked on the rides. The only thing I should tell you is to get in line for the shows asap. We almost did not make it to see waterworld. The weather was beautiful 80's and sunny all week we were there.

I've been to US in October before and it wasn't crowded at all!
