Well that rules me out. Unfortunately since those are work days I can't take the time off. I'm also considering a Labor Day weekend trip so please don't count on me. Make your plans and if I can do it I will.

I'm sorry to hear that! The day might change, so I will keep you posted! We've got 4 months, so who knows?

If we all can't meet up on one day we always try to do a couple of small meets on other days. It's so hard to nail everyone down for one specific day, you know? When we went at the end of March it was great to run into another DIS-boarder who we met up with and did POTC, HM and SM together with.

Great idea!! I'll have A LOT of free time on this trip since my daughter will be in YES classes for at least 3 half days of the trip.

Why don't we just plan something for each of the days and get a "roll call" going? Any preferences?

I run May, July and October check ins and there never seems to be one day where everyone can go so maybe two days would be better.

The D23 Expo, "The Ultimate Fan Experience" will be at the convention center 9/10 - 9/13. I am going to try and make it to DL 9/9 - 9/13 and would love to meet up with some West coast DIS people.
