Today: bike 30 minutes and calisthenics 30 minutes

TOTAL: 780/1400

So close but it looks like my 75% will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm at 785/1100.

did another 5 miles last night on the bike!! add another 45 for me bringing my total to 1155/800 new monthly goal is to double my time so 1600 it is!!!:yay:
