SEPTEMBER Exercise Challenge

I would like to add 316 minutes for 9/9-9/15, for a total of 684 for the month. Thank you.
 
Too cold for swimming but I managed a power walk and calisthenics (60 minutes).

TOTAL: 660/1400
 
Wednesday: 30 on elliptical
Thursday: 20 walk
Saturday: 40 minutes elliptical and weights
Sunday: 45 minute walk

Total: 435/1200

Whoa - I better get moving!!!
 
Fri 9/14 - please add 85 mins
Sat 9/15 - please add 180 mins

I've done my crunches and pushups every day and a 120 minute TM session Saturday morning, bringing my total to 545/1000
 
Adding another 120 minutes to my exercise total. I spent 2 hours at the pool actually. Even did some step climbing as I created a monster of a 4 year old 3 story water slide lover. HAHAHAHAHa Talk about a child MADE for Disney. She is fearless really. She went on the thing no reservations or fears at all like she had been doing it everyday for the last 4 years. :scared1:

Tomorow I intend to get in some walking time in the morning. Gonna dust off the ol' Walk Away the Pounds dvd and get to stepping. I can just hear Leslie calling me. :rotfl:

Anyway my new total is 375/800 when you add 120 from today to 45 minutes I was sure I recorded on here last week. Probably just didn't get updated yet. :) :love:
 
CONGRATS on making your exercise Big Mama! Way to go!!!

I got in 30 minutes of walking yesterday to bring my total up to 625/1100.
