I walked yesterday at lunch time and last evening for a total of 90 minutes. That makes 565/1500 for the month. Maybe I'll make it if I can keep up the evening walk. Of course, I'll be at Epcot on 9/30 so if I add in the time walking around there that will help. Now I need to work on the cutting down on the food more!
Yesterday I was only able to do 10 minutes of walking (Tuesdays are torture - DS has tennis and DD has tap class!). I am still on track though, 560/1100, and it looks like soon we will have quite a few more Lime people!!!
Who will be the first to meet their goal?!? I can't wait to find out, let's keep moving everyone!!!
Half way there and I'm up to 300/500!! I've been hitting Curves at 6 am so I can get in my workout before I go to work. That way I can't wiggle out of it in the afternoon!!
I should have done the 5 for Sept. I'm down at least 5 as today. last month I only lost one pound. This month I'm really doing well!! Oh well!

i think i haven't added on wed yet? wed I did yoga class and walked with my neighbor; today I went to water aerobics bringing me to 580/1500. oh dear i'm 170 mins behind the half-point of the month! just keep swimming, just keep swimming,.......aahhh haaa haa haa haaa i love to swim (my best Dory impression, sorry it's lame!)
'Leslie' and I did a 42 min tape today - a 20 min, 1-1/2 mile walk and a 22 min firm and tone. It felt GOOD here today, nice & cool, making exercise Easy!
Wed - 60 minutes - treadmilling
Thursday - 15 minutes stretching BUT I accomplished a mini goal - ironing "caught-up"
Friday - 30 minutes weights
total 834/1500
I agree once the weather "cools" - well, the humidity lowers here in OH - I will feel like exercising - I get discouraged that I just feel so - lethargic and slow-moving when I try to pick up the pace but I blame the weather.
